Twintex PCL 150V series programmable high current DC power supply is designed for medium-to-high-power components and system-level products operating in the 60V to 150V range. Featuring modular stacking design, the series supports flexible system configurations with cabinet options ranging from 12U to 40U. It offers a wide output range selection, from 150V 400A 60kW to 150V 1300A 195kW, meeting testing requirements across the entire spectrum from individual components to complete systems.

Engineered for burn-in and standard performance testing of high-power electronic components and modules, whether conducting full-load stress testing on components such as power MOSFETs, IGBTs, DC-DC converters, and relays, or performing load-based verification on system-level products like EV motor controllers, DC fast-charging modules, and server power supplies, the system delivers stable, precise, and programmable DC power. Its programmability supports complex test modes, such as sequence output, enabling the precise simulation of diverse real-world operating conditions to satisfy varied testing needs, from R&D verification to production burn-in.

Regarding connectivity, the system comes standard with RS232 and RS485 interfaces, with optional LAN and analog external control interfaces available for easy integration into automated test systems.
