PCL 600W 1200W Compact Programmable DC Power Supply

Twintex PCL series 600W and 1200W Compact Programmable DC Power Supplies are designed in 2U half width size, available with voltage ratings from 20V to 600V.

The 600W and 1200W Compact Programmable DC Power Supplies are designed for both bench top applications and rack systems. Two power supplies can be built into a 2U full rack as shown in photos on the right, making total power 2400W from a single rack with two test stations. Each power supply is independent in AC input, DC output and remote control.

The 1200W programmable DC power supplies are also available in 2U full rack design, covering higher output current ratings. Please refer to PCL 1200W 2U series.

Featuring high stability and programmability, these power supplies can be easily integrated to burn-in testing and functional testing for production lines, as well as ATE system integration. Typical applications are listed in below.

• 20V 60A & 30V 40A 1200W Programmable DC Power Supply PCL1200S-20S & PCL1200-30S: For long-term burn-in and routine testing of low voltage electronic components such as resistors, relays, and motors; burn-in for electrolytic capacitors and reforming for tantalum capacitors.
• 60V 20A 1200W Programmable DC power supply PCL1200-60S: For functional testing and burn-in for consumer electronics testing, such as computers, peripherals, and communication equipment; testing of PC motherboards and integrated circuits.
• 300V 4A 1200W Programmable DC power supply PCL1200-3HS: For burn-in testing of PCBAs containing high-voltage circuits (such as motor drives and home appliance control boards), component performance.
• 600V 2A 1200W Programmable DC power supply PCL1200-6HS: For production testing and burn-in testing of high-voltage components, such as 400V 600V diodes,600V capacitors, 600V MOSFET.
