Twintex PCH 6kW DC Power Supplies are rack mount high voltage power supplies, featuring high power density, high stability and high reliability. The PCH 6kW DC Power Supplies are built in standard 3U chassis and offer standard ratings from 1000V 6A, 1200V 5A, 1500V 4A, 2000V 3A, 3000V 2A to 6000V 1A, 8kV 750mA. Custom output ratings can be customized according to specific test requirements.
Output voltage, current and protection settings are configurable via front panel operation. The local panel functions and programmable features are accessible via PC control software or ModBus-RTU control commands. Test data can be logged and exported to EXCEL file for further analysis.

- SiC/GaN power device aging: 1500V 4A 6kW DC power supply and 2000V 3A 6kW DC power supply provide sufficient voltage and power to perform High-Temperature Reverse Bias (HTRB) testing and High-Temperature Gate Bias (HTGB) testing on Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs or Gallium Nitride (GaN) HEMTs with rated voltages of 1200V/1700V. The 1500V 2000V capability allows for a thorough assessment of the device’s leakage current stability at voltages approaching its breakdown limit, while the 4A current capability can be utilized to drive the device for dynamic switching aging tests.
- High-voltage capacitor aging test: 3000V 2A 6kW DC power supply can be used to conduct rapid charge-discharge lifetime testing on power capacitors rated at 3000V. The 3000V 2A mode delivers a charging rate twice as fast as the 3000V 1A mode, significantly boosting testing efficiency on the production line.
- High-voltage component testing: 6000V 1A DC power supply can be used to perform 6000V-level withstand voltage and insulation resistance tests on high-voltage relays, connectors, and capacitors.
