PHV 2kW 15kV 20kV 25kV 30kV AC-DC High Voltage Power Supply with Parallel Option

PHV 2kW series is AC-DC high voltage power supply that converts AC mains to regulated stable high voltage DC power. Standard voltage ratings include 15kV, 20kV, 25kVand 30kV in either positive polarity or negative polarity. The suffix P or N on the model number indicates output polarity.

With 2U rack mount design, the 15kV to 30kV AC-DC high voltage power supply can be used as a bench top high voltage source, and it also can be integrated to Automatic test equipment (ATE) system via RS232, RS485 or LAN interface, for various high-voltage applications.

• Typical application 1: use the 15kV to 30kV AC-DC high voltage power supply in life testing or aging testing of high-voltage capacitors rated at 10kV 15kV 20kV 30kV. Life testing involves simulating the long-term operation of capacitor banks under actual working conditions and evaluating their expected service life through accelerated aging tests.
• Typical application 2: use the 15kV to 30kV AC-DC high voltage power supply in charging super capacitor banks/modules. Charging super capacitor banks/modules using a combination of high voltage and high current offers the core advantage of achieving high charging power density, enabling the delivery of energy to the capacitors in a short time.

To each higher power, several units of the 15kV to 30kV AC-DC high voltage power supply can be connected in parallel in factory to make a stand alone power supply, rated power up to 40kW. For example:

PHV20K-15K: 15kV 1.333A 20kW high voltage power supply, consist of 10 units of 15kV 2kW modules.

PHV20K-20K: 20kV 1A 20kW high voltage power supply, consist of 10 units of 20kV 2kW modules.

PHV30K-25K: 25kV 1.2A 30kW high voltage power supply, consist of 15 units of 25kV 2kW modules.

PHV30K-30K: 30kV 1A 30kW high voltage power supply, consist of 15 units of 30kV 2kW modules.
