There are three models the TFG3800 series digital programmable signal generator: Function generator 80MHz, Function generator 120MHz, Function generator 160MHz. The precision arbitrary waveform generator has AM, DSB-AM, FM, PM, PWM, FSK, PSK, Sweep, Burst modulations modulation signal output.The high frequency precision signal generator has Linearity and Logarithmic sweep signal and Burst signal output. It can be used as a sweep frequency function generator unit.The dual channel waveform generator also has frequency counter function, with 8 digits frequency measurement up to 1000MHz.
