Twintex PHV 600W series programmable high voltage power supply delivers precision high voltage DC power at milliamp range, in either positive polarity or negative polarity. Standard voltage ratings include15kV, 20kV, 25kV, 30kV, 35kV, 40kV and 50kV rated at 600 Watts; other voltage ratings can be customized.

The PHV 600W 15kV to 50kV high voltage power supply offers precise control on output voltage and current, with voltage resolution 1V and current resolution 0.1mA. Output voltage, current and protection settings are configurable via front panel operation. The high voltage power supply can be operated in either constant voltage (CV) or constant current (CC) mode. The local panel functions and programmable features are accessible via PC control software or ModBus-RTU control commands. Test data can be logged and exported to EXCEL file for further analysis.

Compact design in 2U 19-inch rack mount chassis for space efficiency, the PHV 600W 15kV to 50kV high voltage power supply offers standard configurations and custom solutions for standalone applications as well as system integration in various fields, such as:

  • High-voltage insulation and material testing: Used to evaluate the insulation performance of power equipment and electronic components, or to analyze the dielectric properties of novel materials.
  • Semiconductor manufacturing: Used to conduct withstand voltage and breakdown testing on devices such as power semiconductors (IGBTs, MOSFETs, SiC/GaN transistors).
  • High-voltage device development: Providing critical data for the R&D and process improvement of novel wide-band gap semiconductor materials such as SiC and GaN.
